Shipping & Returns

In regards to COVID: While we continue to ship orders to customers as quickly as possible, please expect some shipping delays.
SHIPPING
All Shipments will be sent via Canada Post (Postal Service). All orders will be shipped as timely as possible, Monday through Friday. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
FOREIGN ORDERS (including US orders)
Wind Ministries does not control the shipping charges for foreign carriers and we cannot adjust the shipping prices on these orders. Canada Post requires all foreign orders to be shipped with Priority Shipping and after the package is handed off to the foreign carrier, there is no tracking available and no recourse if the package is lost or damaged outside Canada cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or damages that happen while the package is with foreign carriers.
CLOSURES
We will be closed on all postal holidays (New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day). Notification of any other designated closures will appear on the storefront.
RETURNS
Wind Ministries products have a no return policy; all sales are final. If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within one week of receipt and we will be happy to assist you. You may be asked to provide a description and images of the damaged resource. Most often, damaged merchandise is replaced at no cost to the customer.
