JoshUA HOFFERT
Josh is the founder of Wind Ministries. Joshua has spent his life studying the lives of the Desert Fathers and Mothers and the great heroes of Christianity. He has been helping develop leaders, churches, teams, and prophetic teams for 15 years. He has discovered key principles that help unlock your potential. Joshua has a four year training certificate through Streams Ministries, is licensed through Christian Ministers Association, and has published multiple books and resources on spiritual formation, leadership development, and prophetic ministry. He is the author of 52 articles on the lives of the Desert Fathers and Mothers.
KEN HOFFERT
Ken (sometimes known as John) is married to Teresa and between them they have 5 adult children and 11 wonderful grandchildren. Ken has been self-employed as a real estate appraiser for a really long time but finds joy in loving people, deep conversations about the expressions of the Creator in this world, discussing dreams and revelation, and assisting Teresa in bringing healing to those wounded by life’s difficulties. He has been involved in leading small groups, street ministry, Healing Rooms and more for over 40 years and is currently living in Pensacola, FL and working to support Wind Ministries.

In a way, the mentoring relationship lasts a lifetime. Relationships and bonds are formed in the trenches of walking with one another. We see mentoring through the lens of affection. With that said, there will be a time when the direct, scheduled meetings come to an end. That could be because we have reached a desired goal, the season has ended, or there is a different layer of help you need. We will periodically revisit the effectiveness and purpose of the mentoring relationship and figure out where to go from there.

Each meeting will look different. However, what will characterize each meeting will be moments of connecting with the Father's heart. It is our conviction that this connection is the lifeblood of spiritual maturity. There always will be space for questions, reflections, exercises, and feedback.

The mentoring relationship is all about synergy. In a mentorship, the goal is to help the mentee discover themselves and the heart of God. With that said, the mentor and the mentee will both bring questions to the table. Each session is approached prayerfully (from both sides) and the time is entrusted to the leading of Spirit.

That depends on you and what you are looking for. Often, mentoring relationships start off meeting a couple of times a monthly. But sometimes, when the pressures of life increase, more guidance and help is needed. We are open to adjustments. However, we would expect to start off meeting once or twice a month.

The goal for the mentorship is that you would find yourself more settled in your call, the gift of your uniqueness, and assured of your place in the grand scheme of life. Success is then defined by how you grow in awareness of yourself and your walk with the Father.

At the outset, we will talk about what you want to accomplish. Goals can change and we are always open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Whether you want to grow in your capacity to sense the presence of God, prophetic gifting, spiritual competency, leadership skills, ability to communicate, etc...we will work on a plan and establish some clear goals. If at any point you are not receiving what you need to grow we totally understand and are happy to point you in other directions.
